Absolutelove.org will merge into the Blessed Family Association's Matchbook, hosted at www.blessedfamilies.org.  The Matchbook has more candidates posted, and allows users to post their own candidate information.  See full letter below...

Dear Families,

For the past several years, I have had the pleasure of helping with BCCandidates.com and Absolutelove.org, and providing a resource for matchings.  Recently, the Blessed Family Association has added a feature to their website at www.blessedfamilies.org called "Matchbook".  This allows users to post their own matching profiles for their (adult) children, and control the level of availability of their profile to other candidates.  In a short period, they have gained well over 100 users, far in excess of the number of candidates on our site.  Also, it allows for a greater level of user control over posting their own profiles, and in sharing the profiles.

It has been a great experience to administer the site.  However, given the time intensive nature of the site, and the success of Matchbook in such a short period of time, I have decided to close Absolutelove.org.  I have already informed users with candidate profiles, to give them time to move their information to www.blessedfamilies.org.  Now, I am making the decision public to all the other users of the site.  I have spoken with Jim Stephens, of the Blessed Family Department, and Noah Ross, of the Blessed Families Association before taking this course.  It was determined that combining matching resources, rather than keeping them fragmented in different websites was the best course of action.

You will be able to register and create a candidate profile yourself at www.blessedfamilies.org - Matchbook, and view other candidates once you do so.  The process is much less cumbersome than the password approval process for Absolutelove.org, and you administer the information yourself.  I hope Matchbook proves to be a valuable resource for all of you, and I wish you the best of luck through the matching process.
